I dealt with the Cape Town branch of Advance Pools. It has been a great experience from start to finish, I really cannot fault them on any count. And my family and I are SO enjoying our beautiful new pool. The staff were lovely and the service amazing. I have looked at some of the bad reviews here and all I can suggest is that maybe there were problems a few years ago but from my perspective it’s been faultless. I chose them because friends of mine had their pool made smaller (basically redone) and also had a great experience. I highly recommend them.

A DIY pool is not something you undertake lightly! These guys were really great. - quick response time and quotation time - very competitive pricing - they customized the quote by including a cartridge filter for me at a very good price - after ordering, they set up a Whatsapp group to guide me through the process, which was really helpful - they were very responsive to my questions during the DIY process - they delivered quickly (+-1 week), and on time - they were also very understanding and patient as I got approval from the City and didn't rush me
